What type of travel does SPTC plan?
All types really. We have not met a trip yet that we haven’t enjoyed helping a client plan yet. Over the years Steph has taken her business travel knowledge and expanded it through personal travel and helping her clients travel to three major sectors: Business Travel, Family Travel and Sports Travel.
One of the worst things is seeing someone so stressed out planning their family’s travel, so much so that by the time they are on the trip they can’t enjoy it. Our experience includes Family Travel planning for families of 2 people all the way up to 17+ people from cruises, beach trips, mountain trips, theme park trips and beyond! Let us help you take away that stress, tell us when, where and how many people and we will guide you along the way taking the stress away, so you end up with the most perfect itinerary for everyone on the trip. We also have tips and tricks for visiting the Theme Parks & Cruising while Pregnant, with babies (Steph’s children started going at 6 weeks old), and with a toddler!
By now you are probably tired of reading but Steph’s knowledge from planning Corporate Travel over the last 10 years is vast. Working with Corporate clients, we understand the need for sometimes immediate travel, solo travel, temporary housing, all the way up to corporate retreats. We have helped our corporate clients plan luxury trips for their clients, find temporary housing for their employees all the way to corporate events for 250 guests that included rooms. Excursions, meals, gifts for guests, no stone is left un-turned. Allow us to work through our extensive list of things that need to be done to help make your life easier (or your Admins ??).
Each year we make it a goal to travel to away games for some of our favorite teams (Go Knights! Go Bucs!). While it may not be someone’s cup of tea, Sports Travel is huge. We work with Alumni bases and even friend groups who all share a common passion for a sports team, set up Hotel room blocks, transportation, and even dinner/gathering locations, for their favorite teams away game. Having me help this this, once the initial plans is in place, all your fellow fans don’t have to bother you, they can come straight to me to get set up and with all their questions. With the knowledge we have gained from setting up Group Sports Travel, we have also gained the knowledge to help recreation, educational and other league teams travel to their games/meets. From setting up their room blocks, to meals and transportation, we can help take a few items of coaches & parents’ plates, so they can help WIN THE GAME! We are here to help both families and fans, travel for youth sports, college sports, and professional sports, whether you are traveling solo or taking the whole team.
